    1. Thank you, William, in reality, to witness a swan whenever,
      I’m struck dumb & remain so till it’s gone; however, I set
      out within this poem to rhyme what is said to be one of six
      impossible English words: this one, monarch. Three of the
      others in recent attempt: breadth, desert, circle. Two to go.
