Something about the flashes of clarity that come along with a morning coffee and smoke. I’m thinking it all comes down to: different things just bother different people and other things do not bother other people. I’m no logician, but it sounds feasible to me that the greater the density of human population in any given place, the greater will be diversities and disparities in what different people are bothered by, what they will tolerate and will not tolerate and who makes the decisions about what all will have to abide by no matter how much they are or are not bothered.
The internet makes it really easy to discover that the stray dog situation is far from exclusive to this city, this country. It’s practically worldwide. Many Eastern Europe Countries. Southern European countries. South American Cities. North American Cities. Asian countries. Same disputes. Same measures implemented. Same outcries…
